  • Look forward to summer vibes and a lifetime of memories when you reserve Endless Summer, a four-bedroom custom-built home situated along the Village at Nags Head golf course. The reverse floor plan provides the top level great room with vaulted ceilings and a horizon ocean view. Two sliding doors let in an abundance of natural light and open onto the front deck ​for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The living and dining areas feature practical and beach-friendly hardwood floors, and an open-concept layout encourages quality time spent together. The chef in your family will appreciate the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island overlooking the great room. The primary bedroom on the top floor includes an ensuite bath as well as direct access to a second covered deck overlooking the golf course and pool below.

    The other three bedrooms are located on the mid-level, and a media room downstairs serves as an additional common space with direct access to the private saltwater pool. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, gather the family for Movie Night using the BenQ-Projector and 95-inch screen. The ground level also provides all the conveniences you'll need for fun and relaxation by the pool, including a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave for drinks and snacks, along with access to a half bath.

    Located at Milepost 14 in the Sandcastle Village subdivision of the Village at Nags Head, Endless Summer is just a short walk to both the beach and the sound. Use the pedestrian crosswalk at Seachase Drive to safely make your way over to the Town Hall public beach access, just a six-minute walk away. Half a mile in the opposite direction you'll find a sound access perfect for launching kayaks or watching the sunset from the pier. You'll also be within walking distance to the Outer Banks Mall, where you can browse an array of shopping and casual dining options, including two grocery stores.

I am beyond frustrated with our stay at Summer’s End, managed by Village Realty. What was supposed to be a family vacation turned into a series of safety hazards and mechanical failures that the management completely ignored. Safety and Appliance FailuresOur first night was a nightmare. The refrigerator didn't just stop working; it nearly caught on fire.When we reported this, the "solution" was to bring a tiny mini-fridge to replace a full-sized unit. When they finally did bring a replacement full-sized fridge, it was filthy and missing handles. Maintenance NeglectThe issues didn't stop in the kitchen: Water Pressure: There was zero water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Electrical Issues:The ceiling fan in one room didn't work at all, and the fan/light combo in our master bedroom stopped working midway through the stay. We were told an electrician was needed, but no one ever arrived. Property Hazard: The room my two daughters stayed in had prickle briars left in the bed room carpet My daughters were stabbed in the feet by them, and I had to physically remove thorns from their skin. Unprofessional ManagementThe most insulting part was the lack of service. When the maintenance worker came for the fridge, he actually told us he would wait to have the water fixed "due to tensions”because we we were rightfully frustrated with the lack of working appliances.I requested the proper Manager multiple times. Every single request was ignored. There was no attempt at a resolution
