Starting with check-in, there was an angry looking man who appeared to be a supervisor/manager of sorts who was speaking with the other employees instead of having someone help us.
Breakfast was the same menu everyday. There has a decent variety but overall lacked a bit of flavor.
I would like state the staff that cleaned our room always did a great job and were friendly and courteous anytime we saw them.
Now, at checkout as I was trying to approach the front. A man who appeared to be the same supervisor/manager was standing in the front. No greeting at all and just gave me an angry stare, if you don’t like your job or don’t like foreigners then he should find a new job. Then the lady at the desk who checked me out was clearly unhappy about something and rude. Same for her as well, if you are so unhappy about providing service for people please go find a new job and stop ruining people’s day. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and you can be sure that our family will not return to this hotel when we go back to Nagoya.
But on November 20th between 10am to 1pm. There was a lady who helped me with shipping my luggage and a young gentleman. I would like to say they were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous.
