  • Located within Costa Rica's lush Peninsula Papagayo, Villa Pacifico is a 14,000 square foot home with 6,300 square feet of interior living space, and 7,700 square feet of outdoor areas.
    Villa Pacifico offers 6 spacious bedrooms including an oversized Jungle Kids Bedroom with two full bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 children or single adults. There are 3 Master Bedrooms with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean enhanced by the relaxing sound of the ocean waves and cool breeze. In addition to 6 bedrooms, there is an extra staff bedroom that can sleep up to 2 service employees. 11 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms and a separate chef's kitchen will make your stay extremely comfortable.
    Villa Pacifico is ideal for big families with kids, couples, corporate and leisure retreats, beach getaway with friends and golf trips. The villa is equipped with a large elevator and all the necessary features to accommodate the needs of elderly guests and people with disabilities. Pets are welcomed but will require the owner's approval.
    The extensive outdoor area features an infinity pool, large jacuzzi, spacious terrace with several lounge spaces and barbecue an al-fresco dining area. Enormous green lawn is perfect for private events and exquisite small weddings. Outdoor lawn games will keep the entire family entertained.
    Villa Pacifico has unique interior designs and exclusive features unlike other properties. Enjoy your favorite films at the full spectrum movie theater; smoke a cigar and sip some whiskey at the speakeasy library room that has plenty of board games; play a ping pong game with your kids while watching funny cartoons at the kids media room. This is an amazing property with first class management and support. We stayed with two families and could have accommodated another family very comfortably. The house manager and cleaning team were excellent. The amenities on Peninsula Papagayo were even better than described in the listing. We can't wait until the next time we can book Villa Pacifico!

Amazing property and house manager. Luis handled all of our requests and made it a care free trip. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The house was fantastic! We had a large party, 6 adults and 10 kids 5-13 yrs. old. Everyone enjoyed it as the home was well designed from the bunk room to the kitchen. The pool is incredible and the yard space with games was a great thing to have. The house is incredibly well located and central to all papagayo has to offer. The 10-person van and the 6-seater golf cart were great to help us get around, while the kids wish we had 2 6-seater golf carts. Our house manager, Diego, was great and had all of our arrangements take care of, and was flexible when we through things in last min. The house was clean, family friendly and animal friendly monkey's, deer, parrots and many other animals stopped by during our time there. This was a great stay and would absolutely consider returning!

Papagayo Paradise

What a wonderful experience! An absolutely beautiful home and amazing property with stunning views. Perfect as both a home base for excursions as well as relaxing with the family (or friends) poolside or in the theater room in the evenings. Pedro (and team), the property manager, is an utter gem, taking care of all our needs seamlessly, from transportation to groceries runs to really anything we needed any time of the day. We’ve stayed at many high-end properties before, but this truly stands out!

Unforgettable stay in Peninsula Papagayo

Our stay at this stunning property in Peninsula Papagayo was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive concierge, who ensured that every detail of our trip was seamless.The home itself is a masterpiece of luxury and comfort. The breathtaking ocean views and the surrounding natural beauty of Costa Rica blend perfectly with the home’s modern elegance. The open-concept living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive infinity pool created an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. We particularly enjoyed golden hour poolside as we watched the stunning sunsets. The home is perfectly situated to explore nearby beaches and area attractions while also being a private retreat in and of itself. We had an especially unforgettable dinner at the Villa from a local private chef. In summary, this villa in Peninsula Papagayo is unparalleled. The combination of breathtaking surroundings, flawless service, and world-class amenities made this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

Amazing Everything

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pacifico the week after Christmas. Everything about the stay - the house, the staff, the food and the location exceeded our already high expectations. There were 17 of us - 8 adults and 9 children ages 8-17 and the layout and room count were perfect, thanks to the incredible bunk room for the kids that slept 8, has two bathrooms and a living room area. The kids had a blast, and we used the Movie Theater nightly! Diego, the House Manager, was there for every need and despite some language barriers was amazing helping plan activities, transportation, etc. Chef Luna and his sister and the rest of the staff (we included Rosa who was there to help with drinks for adults and smoothies for the kids) was such a delight and the food was incredible. The staff was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable. The house views and pool/spa were perfect, golf cart access and we made great use of Prieta Beach Club nearby (nice Club with restaurants, pools, great beach, warm water and enough waves to entertain the kids), the golf course (twice), and Papagayo Explorers in which we did the zip-lining/ropes course and the bay exploration on the outrigger canoes. We were able to stay within the Peninsula the entire trip and enjoy family time while still being very active, enjoy the house while enjoying nature and the animals - monkey's, lizards, etc. Lastly, very much appreciated working with the owner Laura in advance of the trip. Incredible help!
