"Really good for the price. Good location close to both the shinkansen and easy metro downtown Osaka. Eco friendly. Abundant breakfast both Japanese and western. Only tiny minus is a sometime unstable internet in the evening. It's fast enough, but sometimes lose connection for a few seconds when many go online. "

"Ok stay. Nothing fancy and nothing extraordinary either with the service or the interior. But it works and the hotel is close to stations that’ll take you to either the city centre or further. I’m puzzled why the hotel has no coffee at all. I mean, I like green tea, but it would’ve been nice to be able to have coffee too."

"Hotel is like 2 min walk from the subway. The rooms did the job and they had such good amenities. Free coffee, water and tea. And the Onsen was so nice after walking all day. Get a hotel next to the subway so you have access to everything. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, but unfortunately, the room was very dusty, which was a big problem for me as I am allergic to dust. I informed the staff and asked them to clean the room properly, but nothing was done during our entire stay. It was disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel"

"This is a rather inexpensive hotel but it is also not worth a cent more than the price. There was no cleaning even once during my one week stay. This is apparently a feature and you have to pay more to have room cleaning. All in all the staff were cold and it's the worst hotel i have stayed in out of the last 20 at least. Heating is through aircon so the air becomes incredibly unpleasant and dry. The one good thing is the location."

"Lækkert hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed. Restauranten er dog meget stor, bordene står tæt, og der vi sad tæt på den ene buffet, var der en del trafik omkring vores bord."
