"Lovely staff. The breakfast wasn’t good though. I read so many reviews that said it was great and the muffins were baked fresh. It was a plastic wrapped blueberry muffin, and a piece of lemon cake. Two clementines and two bananas, and 2 coffees that tasted burnt and was given 4 sugars and 4 creamers. Wasn’t too thrilled about the jacuzzi and didn’t use it. The jets weren’t the cleanest. Needs a lot of updates."

"The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. There was only one light outside that worked so it was very dark outside. We did not feel safe. As far as staff, we saw no one other...

"The beds were great. The tub had not been cleaned (so we opted to shower when we got home). The people next door had a dog or two (hard to tell) that barked and whined often. We did not get much sleep. Someone in a different room pounded on the walls (meaning "shut your dogs up.") If it was a longer stay we would have requested a different room. When checking out no one was at the desk. There was a sign "be right back" so we left the key in the key box and chose not to wait. We will not...

"They did not clean or gave towels we were there four days. The wall around the air condition was rotted. The sink faucet was broken did not know which side was hot or cold. Hallways was dirty. Complimentary breakfast was real bad. No food."

"It's affordable for a reason. There are pretty questionable people staying there and it seems like they also serve as a shelter. Beds are comfortable though and it was quiet."

"Great place. We love it. Was the best place to stay when you come to visit Connecticut. Don’t waste time looking around just come this confortable suite to having a good rest. Thanks so much. It was worth it."
