Thank you for your feedback, the messages sent to our valued customers is to follow up with your stays and also to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. The messages sent prior to departure is just to inform u of check out time and if you want to extend or do the late check out it give you all the information and steps just incase you are interested. Grande beach always ensure that our guests come first, so even though the parking lot at the time may have 5 vehicles if they are not a guest at the Resort then we will take measures. I want to apologize if you felt offended by the information provided it was never in our intent, it's just to keep our guest informed.

I want to apologize for the inconvenience. Blankets are normally provided upon request. the pipes would sometimes need to be left running for a few minutes to get hot to where you want it. and if we are aware of the situation we try to fix it ASAP.

Thanks for the feedback; and yes, we are almost done with completing some renovations and upgrades to the property including the restaurant that may be open by May; 1 pool is OFS because its being maintained but the other 2 works, we apologize for any inconveniences caused. I want to apologize for the inconvenience caused, sometimes the hot water may need to ran for a few minutes longer to get hot to your liking, We do not have Housekeeper on property until 9 am on a daily basis, our pool is at the back of the building to the beach our parking lot is at the front of the building. At Grande Beach takes great pride in the service our hotel provides, and we're always looking for ways to improve those services, identify training opportunities, and provide outstanding guest experience and do so by continuous upgrades of our hotel facilities and services, which take us from good to best on our quest to satisfy our valued guests.

I want to apologize for the inconvenience, service is not done daily unless its requested. If you asked for the broom and did not get it at that moment, this means someone is either using it or its in another location other than the front desk and they are assisting other guest so they wont be able to assist immediately. If an item is purchased from the gift shop and is not good, our guest are more than welcome to let us know and get it change or refunded. we do have our housemen remove garbage and walk the floor daily, if we are at full capacity the garbage cans will get full faster than the usual. as for the smoke, we are smoke free resort and person do get penalized for smoking on property. and also when its reported we always get the issue fixed ASAP.
