Luxurious Villa Mare - With 150m² pool

VILLA Mare is an extremely high standard house built in 2023, with many facilities for its guests, with a 150 m² swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a court for basketball, volleyball, tennis and outdoor playgrounds with games and activities for young and older visitors. VILLA MARE is located just 1.5 km from Panormos, a picturesque fishing village of Rethymno with organized beaches and 3 km from the small town of Perama. The quality of construction, luxury and careful decoration, guarantee the relaxation and rest you are looking for during your vacation.



INTERIOR



VILLA MARE is a two-storey house with an attic, built with style, elegance and quality materials. Its area is 350 m² and it is built on an area of 3.5 acres. It has a total of 7 bedrooms with the possibility of hosting up to 14 people. Upon entering the house, you will find on the ground floor an airy living room with comfortable sofas and direct access to the pool, a 60" Smart T.V. and the fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and all the utensils to prepare for the serving of meals. On the same level, the villa has two bedrooms with bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobes, 2 single beds each measuring 0.90x2m, 32 inch smart TV and patio doors leading to a spacious balcony overlooking the playground.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, Smart T.V 32” and a balcony overlooking the pool and the fields or the playground. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds 0.90X2m. and the third with a double bed 1.60X2m. In the attic of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed, with a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen for the basic needs of the guests and a large terrace overlooking the pool and the court, equipped with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your food or drink. In the basement of the villa there is an equipped gym and sauna, a bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 0.90 x 2m. each, wardrobe, air conditioning and 32 inch smart TV as well as a large bathroom with shower.



Exterior



The outdoor facilities and amenities of VILLA MARE will impress you and leave you completely satisfied. The impressive swimming pool with a dimension of 150 m² and a depth of 1.40 has a jacuzzi and a children's pool for our little guests. Around the perimeter there are many furnished areas, with comfortable sunbeds, a coffee lounge and outdoor dining areas to enjoy your meals. The villa court can be adapted according to your wishes to a tennis court, basketball court and volleyball court . In the playground our little friends can spend endless hours of fun. We have also take care of the entertainment for the older ones with billiards, air hockey, foosball and a ping pong table. Of course, the house has a barbecue with gas and an outdoor kitchen, showers and a comfortable parking lot with a charger for free charging of an electric car. AREA



VILLA MARE is 25 km from the town of Rethymno and only 1.5 km from the famous beach of Panormos. Nearby you will find a variety of shops for your daily needs during your holiday. It has direct access to the main road of the island to visit all the points of interest. The nearest airport is Nikos Kazantzakis in Heraklion at a distance of 42 km, do not miss to visit the famous beach in Bali just 11 km away as well as the surrounding picturesque mountain villages to get in touch with the Cretan culture and history and taste the authentic Cretan cuisine with local products and unique recipes.

Enviromental Fee:



-The Environmental fee 15 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.
