Grandma’s House – Renovated Seaside Home in Central Muxía with Garden & Parking

Authentic seafaring house fully renovated in the center of Muxía, perfect for discovering the town as locals. Enjoy traditional charm with all comforts for families and groups: private parking and a welcoming garden. Just a 6-minute walk from the beach and the Santuario da Virxe da Barca, and very close to restaurants and shops, so there’s no need for a car. It’s the ideal place to relax and explore the Costa da Morte from an unbeatable location. Everything is designed so you can unwind and feel at home.



The house has 150 m², 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 guests. On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open space leading to the garden and terrace, plus one bedroom and a full bathroom. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, streaming TV, a crib, toys, and children’s books. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The house stays comfortable all year thanks to aerothermal heating and exterior insulation.



The garden features an outdoor table, loungers, chairs, and side tables. Tables and stools are old wooden fishing traps made by our family, now unique furniture. The shed, once used for fishing gear, keeps its maritime style and houses the barbecue area, washer, dryer, an extra WC, and extras for your stay: inflatable rowing raft, beach chairs, and towels.
