"The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. The indoor pool was closed and around 8:30 am staff started knocking on people's rooms to see if they were empty. "Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like Snoop just left. We set our bags down and we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in once. Deadbolt wouldn’t work, door could be pushed open. The cigarette would burns in the bathroom were a great touch. Room looks nothing like pictures. Not so super."

"If the room (#204) had been spotless I could overlook how run down it was. The sheets had to be changed due to them being stained. I didn’t use the blankets because they were also stained. The lamps were caked with grime and the room smelled like old cigarettes and chemicals. The sink faucet sprayed out in four separate ways due to it likely being completely clogged. "Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there"
