"Whenever I’m visiting Syracuse, I stay here. It is clean and dog friendly and the price is right! I enjoy the pool and the bar and free parking. "

"The pool area was small, bur it was good for the kids. The staff was nice, and check in/out was easy. Our room was fine, there was a big crack in the shower wall and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here, because it is right in the downtown area and it is easy to walk to places. All in all this is a decent hotel, but I have definitely been to better hotels for a similar or lower price. "

"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"It was fine. The bathroom had seen better days it looked a bit battered. More important it could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust and dirt when I pulled the pocket door of the bathroom closed as well as on the vents and fixtures. "

"Rigtig fint hotelværelse med gode senge. Vi var fire voksne i et bærelse med to queens og en sovesofa. Aircon fungerede godt, god bruser og mange parkeringspladser. Morgenmadsbuffet var ok, men maden ved aften menu i restaurant, var meget kedeligt, stegt for længe. Hotellet kan godt anbefales 👍"

"The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!"

"Very nice and clean studio apartment. The hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport and the mall. Very good breakfast and they even served a free dinner 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)"
