"Location is great - actually unexpectedly quiet Parking was plentiful. Check in was good- fast & super easy. Room was really clean except that there was a pretty nasty smell (I think from the carpet. Like maybe the carpet needs to be washed) I love that the windows open (although just a little) but I had to keep them open b/c of the smell"

"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. "The music was extremely loud. I have to call Multiple times for staff to go to that room to have the family turn the music down. Extremely inconvenienced. There were multiple holes in the corners of the room."

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The staff at the hotel was wonderful from the beginning of my stay until the very end. The hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was clean and I never had to worry about asking for more towels or toilet paper because it was stocked. I also appreciated it was relatively quiet during the evening hours. I would definitely recommend the property and I will be staying at the property in the very near future. To the...

"We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again."
