Hoteller nær Museum of Cannock Chase

"It was basically 3 rooms over pub with shared facilites, which was advertised. But there was noise coming through the floor from the pub below til around 11 when the pub emptied and there was only a door between my room and the room next door and i suffered very noisy neighbours. Loud conversation til the small hours and then plenty of slamming doors throughout the night made for very little sleep. The room itself was comfy enough and the facilities were clean too. Free parking was also nice....

Our advice would be either include a descent/sufficient breakfast even if it means to charge for it rather than including it, the current solution seems to be included to just get people in the door. "Finally got a decent upgrade as a Platinum member. Friendly and helpful receptionists gave us Suite 178 which had an excellent sitting area with a bath in it (?), kitchen area and then a very comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom with another bath and a large walk in shower. "

"Fabulous!! Stopped in the “Brewood” room on a Tuesday night. Hadn’t thought to book a table for dinner, which was rather last minute as we had 6 guests joining us. The staff were amazing; despite being fully booked, they opened their private dining room for us. The food is fantastic, and the included breakfast was brilliant quality. Top quality sausages!! Thank you for having us! "
