"Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!"

"An Unforgettable Stay Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at CIGNO Mejorada was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and what made it so special was the incredible attention and hospitality of the staff. I especially want to recognize Jordy and Raul, who were absolutely superb! They went above and beyond in every possible way, from their thoughtful attention to the smallest details to their wonderful recommendations that made our time in Mérida even more memorable. "I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious."

"Virkelig skønt sted. Lækkert indrettet. Skøn pool. God morgenmad. Tæt på alt. Ca 1 km til centrum. "

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Entrada excepcional, personal muy atento"

"Super service minded employee. Spacious and central room. The room needs a loving hand. It was very worn"

"Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also ."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! I highly recommend it!"

"Great location and spacious room. The courtyard is lovely and very green. Tastefully decorated. "

"Lovely room, great service"
