"We had a fantastic stay at Cabanas Alechen. The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and a lot more spacious than the listing photos. It felt very homely and we loved the cabin we were in. Alejandro and Eduardo were great hosts and nothing was too much. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided with homemade cakes and breads. We wished we stayed longer and look forward to coming back one day! "

"Destino Calafate was a pleasant surprise for the decent, economical pricing they had! The hotel room was spacious, we as a family of 4 had plenty of room with 3 beds in the room. There are a lot of storage space and shelf’s which made it convinient to store all our luggage’s. We initially only planned to stay 2 nights , however due to the comfort and convenience of this hotel and staff being so courteous and welcoming , we decided extend ti 4 nights instead of staying in el chalten. El...

"It is actually a short walk from bus station, but we had difficulties to find it, as addresses are not logical. A little too far away from city center by walking, however, taxis in Argentina are very inexpensive. Nice and very friendly staff. Small but very clean rooms. Nice dining room and first floor with lovely views over village and lake. Breakfast with lots of nice cakes but not too much else. "
