"Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!"

"I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious."

"Virkelig skønt sted. Lækkert indrettet. Skøn pool. God morgenmad. Tæt på alt. Ca 1 km til centrum. "

"The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and several main attractions, which makes it very convenient to get around without needing transportation. Overall, the place has great potential due to its prime location and the owner’s attentive service. However, it requires better supervision and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and consistent experience for guests."

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Super service minded employee. Spacious and central room. The room needs a loving hand. It was very worn"

"Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also ."

"Lovely room, great service"

"Fantastic place. So charming and relaxing. Delicious breakfast, extremely friendly, helpfull and smiley staff. Best place in Merida."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Panamericana. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and the beautiful historic center of Mérida. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. The pool was quite busy with children during our first couple of days, with a lot of noise and ball games, but fortunately it became much quieter towards the end of our stay, and we really enjoyed relaxing...
