"Super nice"

"This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked...

Beliggenheden i forhold til seværdigheder er derimod god, der er kun ca. 10 km til Siena, og ikke langt til Volterra, San Giamano - osv.. Desuden er beliggenheden perfekt hvis man vil se det berømte Mille Miglia motorløb, der finder sted hvet år i maj måned. værtsparret er utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. "Excelente, germosa propiedad, Anna maravillosa, desayuno exquisito, lo unico que le cambiaria son las escaleritas para subir a la habitacion, como son rusticas estan un poco irregulares y hay que tener cuidado. Me volveria a hospedar ahi."

"O noite é muito bacana. Um castelo muito antigo preservado e numa localização privilegiada, no alto de uma montanha onde a vista é espetacular. Os quartos são grandes, a staff é super atencioso, tem um restaurante na propriedade que facilita devido o hotel ser mas afastado. Café da manhã com várias opções. Tem uma torre que é possível subir e tirar fotos lindíssimas no pôr do sol. Super recomendo ficar pelo menos uma noite. "

Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. "
