"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muette, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for visiting Arles, the room was lovely and cool during the heatwave, and the bed was really comfortable. Overall we had a magical time and would love to go back!"

"The air conditioner took a little manipulation (put the fan on manual in lieu of auto) but once you figure that out, it cooled the room significantly. It has been hot outside. 90+ degrees Fahrenheit. So that was important. The staff spoke good English. The beds were perfectly firm - I have a bad back, so this too is important. Most American hotels have super soft beds that are terrible for your back. And the hotel location was perfect for walking anywhere in the old city. "

"Quiet and well maintained property. Very helpful front desk. The breakfast was an additional cost but was well worth it. The eggs were very fresh since they were laid by chickens that roamed the courtyard. The room was small but had a door opening to an outdoor patio. I would highly recommend this property."

"Kader was very welcoming and extremely helpful with advice on restaurants and activities in Arles. After we left a AirPod behind he checked our room and told us he would have laundry staff the laundry the following day. He responded the following day with news he had our AirPod and would be able to ship to our home.

"The Hotel is special and ok for one night. Don’t understand how the Hotel can be a four star hotel. The room is so little, that there nearly not is place for a suitcase. There is no elevator, refrigerator or something else ekstra. Parking is also quite expensive."

"I booked this as a backup for the festival opening week and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. Sweet and warm welcome, extremely helpful staff. Nice atmosphere amongst travellers as well. I guess the bad reviews are either from an earlier period or people don't understand it's a hostel. I was very glad to see a fan spinning in the room at night as it was very hot. Basic but generous breakfast for free. Showers are old but what can you say at this price - unbeatable regarding the prices at...

"Hotel af god standard. Nyligt renoveret og mange sjove detaljer. Gode senge og lækre badeværelser. Og helt perfekt placering i Arles.
Dog var der mange små detaljer som ikke var helt i øjet. Værelset var ikke helt rent ved ankomst, mælk til kaffe blev ikke fyldt op, forvirring ved morgenmaden (og mad af middel kvalitet), glemt robot i pool og langsom bil-hentning ( de lovede 10 minutter, men vi ventede 30). Alt sammen småting, men jeg forventer mere af et hotel af denne standard."
