"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. "

"The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! "Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. "

"My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. "
