The rooms were fine and they're environmentally aware, which is always a plus, but some things were lacking for a luxury hotel such as this. First of all, the cleaning was not great. "Overall, the stay in this hotel can only be described as truly amazing. The staff are very helpful and extremely kind.Nothing is too much trouble. It was my birthday and I was met in the room with complimentary chocolates and drinks and a cake was brought up in the morning from my husband the staff sorted this for him.Thank you.
