"This was a lovely house near the downtown. It was walkable but we drove due to the health of a few members of our Party. Also very close to the grocery store. Rooms were very comfortable and the studio built in the ADU was very lovely. We had the best time just hanging out in the backyard on the very comfortable deck and sitting around the fire pit. We were a party of 7 and it worked very well. I would stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and clear."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and thoroughly equipped. One of the important features for us was the huge fenced yard, where our dog had plenty of space to play and explore. The hosts also supplied water and food bowls plus an outdoor water bowl for our dog.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for families and anyone traveling with pets!"

"Outstanding property in the wonderful Gold Country town of Murphys. House was clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Huge backyard that allowed our pooch to roam and investigate.Location was perfect. Walkable to the middle of town (less than a mile) and a couple restaurants and nice local market less than 1/2 mile. Yet far enough out to provide a quiet, restful experience. We loved it."

"we have stayed here many times in the past 9-10 years. we golf at Greenhorn Creek golf course,enjoy dinner at their restaurant. The cottage is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We usually just bring food for breakfast so the need for a fully stocked kitchen is not a high priority. It is adequate stocked for our needs. It's always quiet and we love to sit on the back porch in the morning and evening to watch the golfers on the 9th Tee Box. This year we had the added show of thunder and...

"Ease of entry, layout, comfort and cleanliness all great. It’s a bit run down with blinds that don’t work, a big hole in the back screen door and bbq appears to no be cleaned on the regular ( the grease catch was full)."

"I really can't say enough about this property. The location is perfect, right on Washington Street, the main thoroughfare in Sonora. The entire town is walkable from here. The property itself is maintained in excellent condition - especially considering that it's well over 100 years old. The bedroom at the rear of the unit is quiet and comfortable.
