"Could not believe how much charm every corner of this venue had. My wife and I spent 2 nights here and were sad we didnt book at least 5 more! great location and Shaws cove just 3 minute walk away is arguably one of the most scenic spots on the whole CA coastline. cant recommend more"

"Took 30+ minutes to check-in, there was only one woman on staff on a Friday night.
I called down to the front desk after finding 3 cockroaches in my $700+/night room. I wasn’t offered a refund or discount but was moved to an entirely different building to a lesser quality room. The hotel is slightly dilapidated."
