If you dream of spending a completely relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches in southeastern Sardinia, this is your ideal destination. Villetta Saeprus is located on our vineyard, in a prime location, about 10 minutes from Costa Rei Beach. You’ll have the chance to enjoy a wonderful vacation, alternating your days as you please between the sea and our inviting private pool.<br>The Space<br>Villetta Saeprus is our little retreat, designed with guests in mind who want to spend a completely relaxing vacation in a space exclusively dedicated to them. In fact, the villa—which is part of a complex of four apartments—features a private entrance, a pool, and a garden for your exclusive use.<br>It consists of a large veranda, a small kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a garden with a green lawn and the comfortable pool.<br>You can take long, relaxing walks or exercise along the roads surrounding our large vineyard, as well as on the quiet roads in the area. In just 20 minutes by mountain bike, you can reach the beautiful Feraxi beach, a paradise for children, who can play and swim in crystal-clear, shallow waters. From the spacious patio, you can enjoy the view of the vineyard during the time of year when the green of the vines contrasts with the typical colors of the warm Mediterranean summer. You’ll have the chance to observe the activities we carry out in the vineyard during the summer, most notably the grape harvest in September. A barbecue is at your disposal, allowing you to host grilled meat or fish meals paired with the excellent wines produced by the local Cantina di Castiadas.<br>You’ll be enchanted by the chirping of crickets, the gentle glow of the moon framed by the twinkling stars—all while immersed in the intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub, enhanced by the cool night air. It’s not uncommon to encounter small, charming wild animals such as the European hedgehog, elegant diurnal birds of prey like the buzzard and the falcon, and nocturnal birds such as the owl and the barn owl. Hares, wild rabbits, and partridges are frequently spotted in the vineyard and the surrounding countryside.<br>Guest Access<br>Villetta Saeprus is a standalone property with all areas for exclusive use.<br>Our guests can take advantage of a covered, reserved, and free on-site parking area.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>The pool, shared with another apartment, will be available throughout the property’s operating season. <br>The provision of sheets and towels upon arrival is included in the cost of your stay.
