Surrounded by a well-maintained garden of approximately 200 square meters, the villa is 400 meters from the beautiful white-sand beach of Piscina Rei.

Villa Rosmarino is a well-maintained home of approximately 100 square meters, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people in an elegant and welcoming setting.



Spanning two levels and finished with fine granite and stone, the villa offers spacious areas designed to ensure comfort and convenience. On the first floor is a bright living area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining area, and a separate kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms; the upper floor, accessible via a staircase located on the porch, consists of an additional master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large private garden and features a spacious porch furnished with a table and chairs, a barbecue area, and a relaxation area ideal for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.

Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- tourist tax: to be paid in cash; mandatory under municipal regulations; the amount may vary depending on the period



- security deposit: €200, to be authorized via credit card; refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection of the condition of the accommodation



- the guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty ranging from €50 to €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean thekitchenette and for failure to dispose of trash
