"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."

The spa are separated for men and women, which are very nice. Only the thermal pool are common. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Sercan from the spa, and the lobby staff aşkın and Abdullah. Also the housekeeping are very helpful. Thanks to mövenpick, it was a pleasant stay. We will surely be back."

"Ik heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf bij Lilium Hotel. De kamer was erg ruim en netjes. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Verder heeft het hotel een chique restaurant met prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het eten was ook erg lekker, veel variatie. Ik wil graag Lokman bey bedanken voor het regelen van een privé taxi. Zo kon ik binnen één dag veel van de mooie stad Bursa zien! "

"Good value for your money, next to a park. The room was nice. The 24/7 outdoor/indoor pool at the hotel was very nice as well. Staff is friendly though if you don't speak Turkish a translator might come in handy. Not many dining options near the hotel, though the kebab restaurant next to the hotel was excellent. "
