Hoteller med pool i Munster

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. The breakfast was soooo good! We were there for AAU games so we had a bunch of boys with...

"They did not have any breakfast, and the personnel were not interested in helping us with a solution, the excuse was the manager have forgotten to order it and he was not back until two days after. The tiles in the bathroom floor is loose. I can’t recommend this hotel at all. "
