"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"The room lacked ventilation was noticeably damp and lacked any form of ventilation. The windows suffered condensation and if left open then the monkeys would raid the room for food. The bed felt cold and clammy. Otherwise the location and service were admirable."

Close to Botanical gardens and the lake.
Can get a glimpse of sunset.
Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Needs some updating. The water pump is noisy and could hear it in the rooms."

Its right for people who like silence, peace and enjoy the chill weather. the roomsare spacious and very comfy with clean bathrooms.usually hotel roomsare compact and cramped,but this hotel rooms are very spacious.
