Godt, men så ringe reception (ikke tidligere set)
Rigtigt godt hotel, bemærk dog pt meget massivt byggeri overfor, derfor meget støj. God restaurant, go sauna, god beliggenhed, MEN ringeste reception ift boet på over 20 hoteller i München over årene. Dette skal ledelsen tage seriøst. Total uimødekomne og hænderne i lommen unge mennesker

Excellent choice and great value for money
The hotel was a surprisingly good experience. I love the interior design and atmosphere of the hotel and rooms. The location is great by the central station. The staff was friendly. In all, a great experience.

Staff is great - helpful, friendly. Hotel has character- in a very good way. The only thing we did not care for was the way the curtains hung in our room - hard to explain, but draping down from the ceiling over part of the bed. Got in the way a bit. Not all the rooms have this so it can be avoided if it’s not for you. Overall a great stay - highly convenient location.

Arrived in the city very early so popped to the hotel to drop off my bag. They happily obliged and I checked my reservation which they confirmed. I couldn’t get in the room until 3pm which I understood and had a day sightseeing planned anyway. I returned at just before 3pm and just checked to see if I can now get into the room ( I was prepared to wait and have a drink) , there was some nervous chat and hasty typing on the computer as it appeared there was no rooms ( travelling nightmare). Now to their credit they said it’s ok and there was a lot of German chat before saying they will upgrade me to a larger room which was a relief, however with the maintenance visibly going on in the hotel I couldn’t use the water or loo until 5pm. I wasn’t that bothered as I was hoping to have a quick nap before venturing out again later, but wasn’t the experience I was expecting. I had the sleep , checked at 5pm and all was ok to go. I can’t fault the staff or the rest of my stay in a very qwerky pleasant, convenient hotel. I was just alarmed that what would have happened if there really was no room even though I had a confirmation of a booking. The bar was lovely and had a great atmosphere, Breakfast was a buffet and was excellent. Room was clean and spacious, The cleaners kept trying to come in but I should have left a thing on the door so my bad. I’d stay again but would probably ring ahead to check all was ok, but I shouldn’t have too. I would regardless of this recommend it.

Die Lage ist super-man ist sofort in der Stadt in der Fußgängerzone ! Mir hat der Geruch im Zimmer nicht gefallen- das erste Zimmer war genau über der Küche- dann haben sie mir das Zimmer aber sofort geändert -was besser war aber auch hier gab es einen komischen Geruch . Ansonsten würde ich wegen der Lage das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr hübsches Hotel mit Einrichtung nach unserem Geschmack. Alles war sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein tolles Goodie ist auch, dass die Minivar jederzeit wieder aufgefüllt werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

New Year's Eve - Hotel in Munich
Really enjoyed our stay at 25hours Hotel in Munich. The service was excellent. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were kind and helpful. We very much liked the overall design of the hotel, quirky and a fun original style. Our room was large and very comfortable. My only minor gripe in the room was that the even with all the lights on the room was dimly lit. Also, and this isn't just for this hotel, why do hotel room designers now insist on putting bathroom sinks in the room rather than the actual bathroom? Is this a space saving idea or just trying to be 'designery' (if there is such a word :-). For us personally, putting the sink outside the bathroom ends up being an inconvenience as we have had this in other hotels. Please hotel designers, put the sinks back in the bathrooom!

Great hotel above main train station.
Very conveniently located right above the main train station. The rooms are very modern and well decorated. The front desk staff is very friendly and multilingual. At first I was worried about the bar noise when we arrived, but it was sound-proof inside the room so it wasn't a problem. Would stay here again.
