The space

This unique cabin offers an incredible place for families or groups of friends looking to getaway to the mountains. Close to skiing in Flagstaff secluded by being backed up to the forest, you get the best of both worlds.

The first floor offers:

- Full kitchen with complete cooking amenities

- Dining area

- Incredibly cozy living area with pellet stove, large TV, elevated sound, gaming system, and blankets galore.

- Trunk with movies, video games, board games, puzzles and bins with children’s toys.

- Master bedroom with walk-in closet

- Stacked washer and dryer

- En-suite bathroom

- Fully enclosed front deck with full dining table, and table fire pit feature (great for pups!)

- Fully gated back yard with deck including BBQ, gas fire pit, lounging couches & chairs, corn hole and horseshoes (also awesome for pups!)

A short flight of stairs takes you to the second floor where you have a spacious dedicated work space looking out the window to the trees and down to the main living area as well as the second bedroom and bathroom. A rollaway cot is also included in the second bedroom.

The magic of the loft is only a ladder climb away. Welcomed by twinkle lights, the loft has bean bags and a Nintendo gaming center before entering the sleeping area with two Twin XL beds large enough for adults to rest in.

Other things to note

Munds Park is a unique town like no other. With only a handful of charming restaurants and bars to chose from, you will have a truly unique time here.

Please note that the closest grocery store is in Flagstaff. It is recommended that you bring groceries as the restaurants are seasonal and not open every day.

*We do not guarantee the working use of the pellet stove, but do guarantee central heat in the winter months. The pellet stove has a learning curve and can be temperamental. Since we are not able to be there to troubleshoot we do not guarantee that it will be available to use during your stay.

**A/C includes 3 window units that are installed from mid-late May until early September, or as the weather permits.

*DISCLAIMER: The stairs in the cabin are steep. The low part of the back deck does not have a railing surrounding it. The showers are tub bases that may be slippery when wet (as are all surfaces). Snow & rain can make all surfaces outdoor & potentially indoor slippery. While we, as owners, have taken every reasonable means necessary to create a safe environment, by renting this property you are agreeing to stay at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any injury incurred at the property.
