"We were celebrating an anniversary. The location was amazing. The mall and shops around had everything you needed. Carlos at the front desk was awesome. He helped us book an amazing restaurant for our anniversary dinner, book the transportation, and helped with excursions. A great time was had and we will return."

"I've stayed at this boutique hotel three times. Staying here it's always a great experience..rooms are a comfortable size, they include a mini fridge..some rooms even have a great view of a nearby mountain. A hot tasty breakfast is included. And the hotel staff are always very friendly and professional. "

They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe."

"Even though I got a room with a window facing the patio and the big street in front of the hotel, the noice was not terrible. Within walking distance of museums and plenty of restaurants - also plenty of fast food places, sports and coffee bars right around the corner."

"Paking was limited but, we did not have an issue leaving. You have cars parked behind your car. All of the staff was super friendly, smiling and always willing to help. Rooms were always clean and you could smell the cleanliness. We had a great experience! "

"Our room was small (we knew this in advance) but the bathroom and wardrobe/closet was very spacious. The decor was simplistic and natural, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. "

"Flies in the room constantly. TV only worked 1st day-they tried n fixed it twice but never got the job done correctly and the hike to get to the room but was a mountain climb. Lights off early and loud very early in the AM before 7AM. Pool not cleaned properly."

"The room was nice and the staff friendly, they event went the mile and had breakfast ready for me very early due to a morning flight. However, this unfortunately all fades in comparison to that the hotel is also a nightclub with banging loud techno music so the whole bed is shaking with the bass and no sleep until the club closes. This hotel should come with a warning about this. I am in El Salvador every month for business - first, last, and only time I will stay here."
