"Stayed in the family room. Nicely decorated. Great small kitchen. Decent sized small fridge. Excellent heater. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff - very generous with towels, milk, tea and hit choc sachets, tissues etc. Washer and fast dryer in bathroom was so good!! Only negatives: not a smart tv and only a rain shower - no hand held. "

"Surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Northbourne Ave. Underground parking was also available. Limited area to park while checking in - I had to park just around the corner but it was only 100 metres. "

"Pretty central area, easy access to anything you need. Very quiet only heard the occasional tap turn on or a emergency services siren. Was visting for a family birthday. Was able to come and go as i pleased. The room its self, yes, was dated but very clean. Bathroom is well due to be upgraded but everything worked and the shower heat and pressure was the bomb after a long day.
The cleaner on sunday was awesome. Made sure i was all stocked for coffee and tea.
Then when my little girl was sick...
