"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"Great location beachfront, adjacent to D's Beach Bar, music, sometimes live, filters over, a nice vibe, close to Maho beach (500m), backs onto runway- first flight @ 8'ish.......great for plane watching from D's next door rooftop. Great light breakfast"

"It is frustrating when hotels start giving you an inferior room than you have booked. We had booked a room with a seaview, but this was not the one this hotel tried pass on to us. This is unfortunately a classic event when we book through Hotels.com. Also the aircons in our rooms were extremely loud, and could not be turned off."

"En elendig morgenmad buffet. "

"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, Our stay at this beautiful hotel villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. Everything was clean, peaceful, and inviting, which made the entire property feel like a true little paradise. Our room was just as...

"I had such a beautiful and relaxing stay! The bedroom was absolutely amazing, and the entire property was thoughtfully laid out and so inviting. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully warm, making it so easy to unwind and enjoy the space. The view was incredible and truly added to the experience. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful as well. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and...

"Beliggenhed"

"Had a great time and everyone was so nice and helpful! Big property with lots to do and plenty of stuff within walking distance including a market, restaurants, beach, and much more."

"The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. The large balcony is where we spent most of our time in the apartment. There is a magnificient look over the sea. The pool is clean, large and has a dive board and a slide. Like everything else, the pool area is very well...

"Every thing was perfect, clean , quiet, beautiful views, definitely on my list to revisit. The host was very informative about the whole process he was very polite guy"
