"We were a family of 4 staying in the Lavandinas house, and enjoyed every minute of it! The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. "There's no reception. You use the informations you receive by email for everything like access to the lift, your room, the front door etc. Also works to a room called 'service room' in the basement, where you can pick up an extra pillow, extra towels or just toiletpaper etc It works very well - and the staff in the coffee house on-site are very helpful as well. Breakfast was great! "

"Hotel in ruhiger Lage, etwas ausserhalb von Flims Waldhaus (mittels Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen). In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Der Cresta- und Caumasee erreicht man über Wanderwege sehr einfach. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück schätzte ich sehr. Auch verfügt das Hotel über eine grosse Terrasse. Ideal zum Frühstücken. Ein hoteleigenes Restaurant wird ebenfalls betrieben. Habe jedoch, anlässlich meines Aufenthalts, nicht davon Gebrauch gemacht. Die Hotelanlage ist neu."

"Make sure you fill out check in infrmation (they send you an email the day before) so that you have the correct code to get in, there is no recepcion. There seems to be some parking on the street (one spot for hotel). THere is a parking garage 1 block away. Fun location in quiet town (september visit). Breakfast is fine."
