"This cute house tucked in the forest was just right. It was well stocked with all the things we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of comfy seating in the living room and cozy bedrooms. Plenty of parking, a good short hike a mile up the road and the hot tub also made this an easy stay. Check in/out was easy and the host was quick to respond to messages. We would certainly stay here again!"

"Three friends spent two days exploring the area in search of wildflowers. We had a great time at the container house, it was clean and comfortable, awesome location in town and great views! So many things to see around the area. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop and brewery and ventured over to Thunder Island too. "

"In my 74 years of traveling I have never been to a VRBO that I would give 5 stars. The unit was fabulous with every attention to detail. From the unique appliances to air conditioning in every room. The interior was matched by a great exterior balcony overlooking a fast running creek that flowed behind the property. Bravo to the owner - great job"

"The home was as advertised and the view was even more stunning than the listing photos. Very clean and no problem with the internet. It was easy to find and good proximity to Hood River (which has great restaurants and very nice riverside park). We went on a few scenic drives that were really beautiful. Deck furniture is great but in need of new (thicker) cushions. Really enjoyed our stay!! "
