"It is a historic hotel, so one should not expect all the modern furniture and decorations. The sink is in the living area, the shower is tiny, the toilet is way the heck down there, The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they show great love for dogs. Walkability to nearby stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars is outstanding. Be prepared to climb some hills. Parking is an issue. Your choices are to pay $18 a day to park in a lot that is some distance away and an uphill walk back...
"The room was a tad dark, but very nice . There jant a pool or hot tub , so I’m hoping they will add one .
They had awesome BQ areas with pretty new Barbecues. The restaurant and bar served great food and awesome drinks .

"We were really excited to stay here for a night as it sold itself as R&R resort, hot springs oasis of sorts and found out it was a trap. This hotel is very old and in desperate need of updating, repairs, and remodeling. The room was less than lackluster with old beat up furniture, broken doors, and dirty carpets. We rented a room with a private hot tub, and were very excited to check that out on the patio, and there was zero ambiance, design, or modern amenities. It was a very old and outdated...
