"The hotel is an older building, nice and cozy. The best part is their customer service they go out of their way to help you. It was our first day in China and they were so kind to us and help us to get around and to use all the apps properly. The rooms had a nice shower and the rooms had everything you need."

"This is a lovely hotel with loads of character. The room we had was spacious with a separate seating area. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but it was fine. They say it starts at 7:30, but we went down earlier one day as we wanted an early start and others were already eating.
It’s a shame that the spa is permanently closed.

"A cheap 5-star hotel which turned one year on Sep. 23rd 2012. It has it's own small outdoor beach, indoor pool, spa etc, and club rooms / suites tend to be very cheap and good value-for-money. Hotel breakfast is amazing with very good bread (which is rare in China) and Dinner Buffet is also value-for-money. A really nice touch is the play-area at the buffet-dinner restaurant (also available for non-diners), which will keep smaller kids entertained for a while. Note free transfer to the Panda...
