"Hotel staff generally don’t feel like they knew what they were doing and didn’t have any internal communication. Had an issue with a shopping bag that was throw out from the room with stuff in it and when we informed the staff the same day when we noticed it they promised to look into it. However everytime we asked about it got told different story from the hotel staff. Once they would refund, once time they said that we were lying. But at the end of check in they basically just told an excuse...

"Boede fire dage i forbindelse med besøg i Boston med 2 børn og 2 voksne. Morgenmad og værelser var upåklagelige. I hverdagen er der gratis mad og drikke til aften, hvilket var dejligt og nemt."

"The hotel is to expensive for its quality Bad and snobbish service Cold No breakfast included No internet included Mice in the restaurant To much air conditioning so to cold The gym and the room was ok"

"Et ophold der endte godt, men ved ankomsten kl. 19 efter en lang dags kørsel fra New York, så blev vi mødt af en undskyldning om over bookning. Dog ligger det 30 - 45 minutters kørsel fra Boston, men vi nød virkelig den lille by...

"No 24 hour coffee, had to ask for coffee, even at 530 am. The pool was so cold, my grandchildren didn't even want to use it. The floor in the exercise room had piles of dirt behind the treadmills. Breakfast was barely warm. There was an unexpected $10 per night parking charge. I would not stay here again."

"Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The location was good. Discounts at nearby restaurants were available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints."

"Et godt praktisk beliggende hotel. Tæt på JFK Bibliotek og metro til Boston Downtown."

"Good location for us! Overall clean except for the fitness room. Staff was friendly. Quiet place. The beds were not comfortable, but for the price it was doable."
