"The welcome from Elmi was great. However, after this, several things did not go well. The first day we were there, room service was very slow. On the 2nd day it improved. In the evening, music was blasting from the 1st floor of the hotel that could be heard on the 4th floor. We informed hotel staff, yet they did not do anything for an entire HOUR until midnight, when we contacted Elmi directly, who was able to help us and the music finally stopped. Loud talking was heard outside of our hotel...

"Design and facility is good. New hotel with large rooms. Just spa was unavoidable and breakfast can be inproved. Good and nice staf is another reason to visit the hotel"
