Denne egenskaber unikke gulvlayout forvandler opholdsområdet til et semi-privat soveværelse for den ekstra nat gæst .. Beliggende i et helt kvarter og lige ved vandet. Vi er ca. 15 min. til centrum og tæt på Oaklawn Park .. Kun få minutter væk fra Lake Ouachita og Lake Ouachita State Park. Dette hjem væk fra hjemmet er perfekt til par op til 4, små undtagelsesgrupper, Harley-ryttere og folk der elsker at svømme og fiske. Optag fisk, der er fanget lige uden for viken! My husband and I had such a a relaxing stay. The sun room was our favorite place and we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen/deck area! The hosts were the best. The house was fabulous.

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. We were alble to use the paddle boat to enjoy the beautiful views around the cove. We will definitely be returning.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this property. Carol our host was so welcoming and great to work with. The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting the Hot Springs area in March. Location is close enough to Hot Springs to be very convenient and far enough away to give you a sense of being remote. The Cottage and property are fantastic. Communication during booking/check-in was top notch. Property was as described and shown online. I would stay here again if I was vitiing the hot springs area.

There isn't enough good things to say about the cozy cottage from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Carol went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of. The cottage itself was immaculate. Perfect spot on the lake. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and can't wait till we get another opportunity to go visit again. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience and very much needed. Like I said, I can't say nearly enough good things about the cottage or about Carol. They were both wonderful. Thank you for letting us come visit. Can't wait to go back.

It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake view! A deck that is meant for a good grill out party! lol The property is clean and the hot tub is super nice! Can’t wait to do some fishing this summer from there cause the water is see thru and prime for great fishing!

Hello Carol and Ed,We had a wonderful time at Cozy Cottage and fell in love with the place! I was thoroughly impressed with how immaculately clean it was when we arrived! We cooked quite a bit, as that’s something we like to do together with new entrees and had most everything needed. It was wonderful to such nice appliances and extra ice makers! It was such a pleasure to not have a schedule and have a lovely patio to sit and the view was lovely. Thank Ed for coming to the rescue with the tiki bar lights when we couldn’t figure out how to get them on. Great to have you nearby! The Cozy Cabin is very appropriately named! It is the perfect location for a couple to just relax and unwind. Beautiful location on upper Lake Hamilton. Carol and Ed take very good care of the property. It is very well equipped. There was nothing we were wanting for. Not to close to crowds, but a beautiful scenic drive into Hot Springs. equipped. T

I can't say enough about the Cozy cottage vacation house! The house is beautifully decorated, with very thoughtful amenities and quite comfortable furniture/beds/linens. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice! The host Carol is wonderful, informative and very responsive! The house is so clean and I was impressed by how organized it was. For example in the kitchen, it was easy/intuitive to locate items needed. The coffee station was great with K-cup's provided, as well as drip coffee which always starts the day off right. The jet tub in the bathroom was so relaxing! We also had fun taking the paddleboat out, walking outside around the house area, floating in the river with the floats Carol provided, having dinners outside on the deck kitchen, spending time in the enclosed porch in the mornings and evenings and enjoying the beautiful scenery! We also went to the town of hot springs, only 11 miles away - where we had lunch at the superior bathhouse brewery, walked around the town and checked out some of the shops. Very fun! The people in the area are all so nice! A very Fun and enjoyable experience! We hope very much to return and highly recommend & appreciate Carol and the Cozy Cottage at lake Hamilton!!

I adored my stay and will absolutely return to the cozy cottage. The area is very pretty. I loved being on a leg of the lake and not on the main body so it was quieter and perfect for swimming, floating and paddle boarding. Chill time on the porch over the water or in the sun room was a great way to start and finish the day. Pretty drive into town. The cottage had everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and seating in living area. Smart TV to wind down before bed. Big jetted tub and a separate shower. Laundry. If I could add 1 tiny thing it would just be a lounge chair for the deck. Also great communication with the hosts. I can’t wait to return.

This was just what me and the husband needed. The cottage was clean with a gorgeous view. It stayed pretty cool inside on the hot days, which was so nice. We will definitely will be saving this little piece of paradise for future getaways.

The hosts were great, very accommodating, and so helpful. We were looking for a place close enough to Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita but also close to Hot Springs. The cottage was exceptionally clean. This was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. We loved the cove and the access to the river. We were able to kayak, fish in the cove, and fish off the dock. Took a kayak trip upriver to a nearby creek that was just beautiful.

The Cozy Cottage has everything you need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sunroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and the water in the inlet is calm and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. We enjoyed watching the flock of geese that came by a couple of times a day, we also saw several turtles and the cutest little mink came by twice during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage.

Our stay at the cozy cottage was amazing! The property is well maintained and absolutely beautiful! Carol was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt at responding when I had questions. Very sweet lady. Rent the kayaks for at least a day if you choose to stay. We rented them for the whole weekend and used them everyday. The cove is absolutely beautiful to explore. Its close enough to Hot Springs to not be a pain to drive yet far enough off the beating path to enjoy country and lake life. We wish we would have rented a boat for a day since we dont own one. But we will next time. Bring one if you have it or plan a day to rent one would be my recommendation to have that experience. We will definitely be back in the future to visit the cozy cottage and Carol. Thank you for a beautiful experience and vacation Carol! Sincerely, Heather and Brian
