On the main level, you’ll find a welcoming entry that leads to a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo just down the hall. The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—flooded with natural light and perfect for gathering. The living room includes three comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace with a remote control mounted on the wall beside it. A collection of board games is available in the media console, offering fun for all ages.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual meals to holiday feasts. It features brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. A large island with seating for six makes it easy to entertain, and the cabinets are stocked with all the essentials—dinnerware, wine glasses, serving bowls, cooking tools, spices, a Keurig, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, blender, rice cooker, hand mixer, and more. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom near the garage entrance, where you’ll find a Pack ’n Play and highchair for families traveling with young children.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a large table that seats eight. A sliding glass door leads to the deck and spacious backyard patio, where guests can enjoy the mountain air. Beach towels are provided in a nearby basket, and the outdoor space includes a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit with six chairs.

Upstairs, a cozy loft serves as a second living space and game room, complete with a Smart TV, board games, a queen-size pull-out sofa, and additional seating. A large laundry room with brand-new washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the landing.

The primary bedroom upstairs offers a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and monitor, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom that feels like a spa—with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a generous walk-in closet. A second upstairs bedroom also features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upstairs bedroom is ideal for kids, furnished with a bunk bed featuring a twin over a full-size bed and a twin trundle bed. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks is located just outside the room.

Downstairs area is completely separate, perfect for 2 families traveling together but want their own space. They will be welcomed by a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, warm wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances—including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—plus all the cookware and utensils you’ll need for home-cooked meals.
