From the open sitting & dining rooms to the fully equipped kitchen, 10 stunning bedrooms across 3 homes on the property, outdoor pool & jacuzzi, tennis court, dedicated theater/educational space, breathtaking scenery & plentiful amenities abound throughout the sprawling, 23-acre property.
This spectacular, gated estate is situated within a majestic desert mountain community, with expansive views to The Coachella Valley. The grand front door opens into inviting and spacious sitting areas, large fireplaces, and local art. And the magnificent scenic windows allow you to enjoy the mystery of the mountains from the comfort of this remarkable desert home.

Walking through to the expansive open sitting and dining room, you’ll find the fully equipped and welcoming kitchen. Sufficiently large to cater to a full house, the room offers various sitting areas to chat with guests.

The sprawling 23-acre estate provides masses of space for you and your guests to enjoy your time together, or to spend calm moments alone. This is the ideal destination to slip away to decompress, whether that means a romantic dip in the pool, or an intimate friend’s getaway. Guests who love to be active have choices of a tennis court on property, or many golf courses and hiking trails nearby. For when it is time to relax, there is nothing better than a nighttime jacuzzi, or enjoying a movie while snuggled in the theatre. With its ample seating and separate kitchen, the theatre can also serve as a spacious educational room.

There are ten stunning bedrooms. The main house features six bedrooms while the pool house and tennis house include two bedrooms each. All bedrooms have an en- suite bathroom. The master suite offers a quiet office and library adjoining the generous, open bedroom; stunning views abound.

Downtown Palm Desert is 20 minutes away by car. There are many wonderful restaurants, with guest favorites of Mastro’s Steakhouse and Mitch’s Prime Seafood. Should you be a festival lover, the annual Coachella and Stagecoach events are just 45 minutes away. Spend the hot spring day playing tennis and jumping in the pool, and head to the festival for dancing under the moonlight. This estate is also the perfect location for a group wellness retreat. Daily housekeeping is $200/day and is required to book. This includes 4 hours of housekeeping.

Due to the higher elevation of the home, the summer months of June-September are great months to visit as the weather is not as hot as lower in the Coachella Valley.
We will personally be there to check you in and show you the home! Pamela will be there to clean and tidy up the home each day.
The home is located in a private-gated community. There are plenty of nearby hiking trails to enjoy as well! The neighborhood is very quiet and although the neighboring homes are not close, we ask that you please respect the surrounding neighbor's privacy.
Guests will be able to use the entire home.
This 10 bed and 10.5 bathroom estate is great for families, large groups and retreat experiences. The main house includes 6 bedrooms while the two guest houses each come with 2 bedrooms. The estate is great for Coachella and Stagecoach festivals!
