"Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived.The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners.The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom. The furniture is poor thrift store quality. I DO NOT...

We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances.
