"The house is very nice, big and confortable with a very nice garden! It's the most equipped rent house I've never been in: there is everything you need, above all in the kitchen!
The only issue was that house was not prepared for our arrival, causing a little bit offl disconfort, but host was very quick in answering, bringing us linen and towels (even if at 11 pm) and proposing solution.
So at the end it has been a pleasant stay!"

Great and comfortable beds and a very welcoming host complemented our experience in Ohakune. We would not choose a different accommodation to explore the Tongariro National Park in future."

"Very good communication and clear instructions. My only suggestion would be to include dishwasher directions. It seemed to take far too long to wash a load and the buttons are unclear/faded so wasnt sure how to put on a short/eco load. "

Rocky Mountain Chalets
Rocky Mountain ChaletsOhakune
10/10 Fremragende
Super cozy chalets located ~10 minutes walk from the center of Ohakune. Two separate bedrooms and a large living room provides a great setting for down-time if you need a break from exploring the gorgeous surroundings. The chalet has a functional kitchen, but Ohakune has an excellent selection of restaurants for people who - like us - are too lazy to cook. We can especially recommend the Mountain Rocks café for breakfast.
We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and given great recommendations...
Maria Miland
