I booked my room months ago for a king room they had two wedding in the hotel We get here they put use in a handicap room. I was not happy coming to find out that they had to a wedding engagements as well as a New Year’s Eve party. So I called to asked if there was a room regular king bedroom I was told no of course I couldn’t understand when I had booked this room months before the event. So the person at the front desk said well, let’s see what we can do so we ended up in a queen and a two queen bedroom we get into the room I go to put stuff in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was smaller than the one that was in our king room number one number two it was leaking water so they had to bring us a new refrigerator. The new refrigerator was as big as the one within the king room that we had.. I was just very disappointed. I felt like you know booking in advance didn’t help with the fact that they had all these different events going on and all of a sudden the room that we had requested months ago was unavailable and that we had to I feel like because they had two big wedding parties there that the rooms that we had blocked off we’re probably switched around so that they could accommodate the wedding parties that were there so I was very disappointed about that whole situation. P I have to stay. The staff was pretty nice, but unfortunately that did not take away from the fact that I did not get the comfort that I had asked and paid for..
