"For the price I was surprised at how good it was, great comfort and service, quiet, etc."

"Fantastic stay at Hotel AKA Alexandria. Stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"Loved the hotel but was very unimpressed with Gabby at front desk. As soon as I arrived for check in she had major attitude and acted like it was an issue I was checking in. I arrived around 11:30 am, check in wasn’t until 4. I asked if there was an early room and she said no. My colleague, who checked in at the same time however did get an early room, so I asked again and all of a sudden there were rooms available. She has a bad attitude, made me feel unwelcome and honestly I wouldn’t stay...

"Good hotel and friendly staff"

"Beautiful, large room"

"Room was clean and quiet, so all good on that, but: * No cleaning day to day, only every 5th day * They do not properly advertise that they will place a hold for 75$ per day when you check in, even if you've prepaid for the stay Concierge helped me when taxi didn't show up, and staff was generally friendly."

"Skøn pool. Forstod ikke helt hvorfor de spillede højt musik i morgenmadsområdet fra kl.5 om morgen. "

"Very nice place no complaints. Clean and comfortable. They could use some kind of luggage ramp in the front. Minor issue."

"Super beliggenhed. Meget venligt personale. Dejlige store værelser. Value for money. "

Maintenance was very poor, with lots of things off in the room. The hvac wasn’t working at all. We reported that to the front desk the next morning. Nothing had been done by evening. I went down to the desk and an...

"Room was great, but the heating system not stable. Also, I booked through hotels.com which promissed free transport to airport. When I came, it appeared that it was only to Reagan airport, and not Dulles. They did not take responsibility for what hotels.com did - hence it costed me around 100 USD to get to Dulles!"
