*The Space*

The well-appointed kitchen features everything needed for home-cooked meals, and the adjoining dining area makes the perfect spot for family gatherings or cozy dinners. The living room offers plenty of space to relax, with sliding doors that open the to the expansive deck. A bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located on the main level. Follow the spiral staircase to the loft-style second bedroom. A desk is set up making it convenient for remote workers.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and all surrounding outdoor spaces.

*Remote‑Work Friendly* 

Stay connected with high‑speed fiber‑optic internet and Starlink, ensuring reliable coverage even in the mountains. A dedicated desk in the loft provides a comfortable workspace for calls, focus time, or extended stays.

*Guest Access*

This A-Frame is equipped with a keyless smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent to you closer to check-in. To enter, simply type in your code; when leaving, press the lock button on the keypad to secure the home.

To ensure a seamless experience, your host will be available through the app's messaging system at any time for questions.

*Guests & Pets*

Your reservation is only valid for the number of guests/pets you specify when booking or in any approved subsequent modification request.

Please note that parties, large gatherings and professional events are not permitted at the property.

We are dog friendly but require $75/pet fee. Please let us know if your dog will be joining you on your stay!

*Cell Service & Wi-Fi*

High-speed fiber-optic internet and Starlink is provided, so you'll never be without internet during your stay.  

Reception is nonexistent for the 10-15 minutes before you reach the cabin, so please have directions in your phone in advance.

*Fire & Firewood*

If you plan to use the fire pit, we recommend picking up a couple small bundles of wood en route. The Food Lion and various gas stations carry them.

*Water & Well System*

The cabin runs on a well that’s recently been upgraded with a three‑stage filtration system. The water is completely safe to drink, though you may notice a slight iron smell at times. Many guests prefer to bring their own drinking water or use the Brita pitcher provided in the fridge.

*Free Level‑2 EV Charging* 

Enjoy complimentary EV charging during your stay. The charger provides fast 240V Level‑2 charging and uses the universal J1772 connector. All non‑Tesla EVs plug in directly. Tesla drivers can charge using their standard J1772 adapter.

*Other important notes*

The A-Frame is reached by driving on about 3 miles of unpacked, winding mountain roads. 4WD and good tires are required for winter months; any car will be fine in non-winter months.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed "indoors" but there is an available ash tray on the deck for your use and disposal.
