"In a word -- exquisite!"

"Fine forhold. Ærgerligt at restauranten var lukket. Håber de får løst problemet med at Google Maps ikke kan give korrekt kørselsvejledning"

"Great breakfast, nice quiet hotel with helpful staff."

"Room was fine but... 1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today. 2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!! 3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee. I understand that in...

"This hotel provided everything I wanted and needed for my stay. It is, as usual, professional, comfortable, and high quality."

"Hele huset lugtede forfærdeligt parfumeret. Indretning og atmosfære var beklumret. Vi kunne ikke vente på at komme derfra. Morgenmaden blev serveret mellem 8:30 og 9:30, og endda lidt forsinket. "Very Clean, nice size rooms, comfortable beds. 15 minute walk to downtown Northampton. Helpful staff. Would stay again."

"Place was older and in need of maintenance. The slider did not unlock, so you could park in front of the room but had to bring your luggage around. It’s in an impoverished area and looks to be unsafe. The hotel had many security cameras but a couple was loud and arguing in the hallway at 3:30 am and the hotel did nothing even after I called. We left at 5:00am after very little sleep."

"Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't."

"Great place to stay with friendly staff! Would stay there again."
