"We stayed at Crystal Water Ohana as a family with our three adult children and really enjoyed our stay.
It is a beautiful, luxurious new home — very clean, comfortable, and actually felt even more spacious than it looked in the photos. All the heaters worked really well, which we especially appreciated as we were visiting towards the end of winter.
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We actually cooked two meals at the house during our stay, and it was very convenient...

"Worst experience ever.
Given the wrong code to check in, had to call and wait for over 30 mins on the phone to get the right code in the middle of the night.
Called Expedia to resolve the issue after. They said it’s a VRBO booking and they can’t help. Then why is the booking on Expedia?
Called VRBO after and they said you contact the host directly.
The WORST experience ever. Just AVOID."
