"This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. "The room was large and the view from the top floor could not be beat. Having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the spectacular view was special. The hotel was convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was nice that the free bus came directly to the hotel for pickup so one didn't have to deal with finding and paying for parking in Bar Harbor. The staff was friendly and we appreciated having a free breakfast each morning."

"This was a great location to town- just about a 15-20 minute walk or a short shuttle ride. They allowed our pup who had a great time. The grounds had a lot of space to walk about and explore. The rooms were a very nice size with lots of space."
