Gå ind i parken lige uden for døren! Smuk helt ny hytte på grænsen til Zion National Park giver dig mulighed for at få adgang til East Rim Trail, Observation Point, og tilslutte stier til fods. Fem minutters gang til Zion stier; 15 minutters kørsel til Zion Park East Entrance.

Åben grundplan med 2 soveværelser, hems og 2. 5 badeværelser; fuldt udstyret køkken (medbring din egen mad ;-). Dronning seng i master suite, dronning seng i nedenunder soveværelse, 2 enkeltsenge, 1 køjeseng og tvilling futon i loftet; 9 sovepladser. Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, gas pejs, højhastigheds internet adgang, blu-ray disk samling med to blu-ray afspillere; 5. 1 hjemmebiograf system og to fladskærms-tv. Siddende områder i stort værelse og ovenpå hems. Wrap-around, 600 sq ft overdækket dæk med udsigt over solnedgangen. Gas grill, gas firepit, og udendørs siddepladser giver dig mulighed for at slappe af og se stjernerne komme ud med middag og et glas vin.

Beliggende i Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort (Named top 6 Adventure Resort i nationen) med adgang til faciliteter såsom swimmingpool og boblebad, minigolf, ATV-ture, bungee trampolin, paintball, minigolf, ridning, klatring væg, basketballbane, tennisbane, zip line og guidede ture; alle en let 5 minutters kørsel fra din hoveddør! Uanset om du er i hard core eventyr eller i humør til at slappe af og slappe af midt i spektakulære omgivelser, giver denne hytte dig alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet på det perfekte sted!

SÆRLIG BEMÆRK: vores grusvej er ikke pløjet. I løbet af lavsæsonen (midten af november til midten af marts) kan det være svært eller umuligt at navigere afhængigt af snefald, selv med 4WD og et højkørende køretøj. Også, som sneen smelter, skaber det meget glat mudder. Det er vigtigt at være opmærksom på vejrforholdene, når der laves planer for denne årstid! Fordi vejrforholdene nogle gange er uforudsigelige, tillader vi aflysninger / restitutioner frem til rejsedagen i løbet af sæsonen på grund af vejrforholdene.

Every single thing about this property was TOP NOTCH! Not a single detail was left unnoticed. The hosts were AMAZING and communicated constantly throughout the entire process. I cannot reccomend this property enough. We are already planning our next trip back!!

Just a few small things

Cabin was just as described. Very clean.I would only cite a few things.There was not a box of tissues in the entire house.There is not a comfy couch for everyone to watch DVDS or TV.The road is dirt and when it rains it is so muddy.Definitely, we could not have made it in and out without 4 wheel drive.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Perfect!

We loved this cabin on the east edge of Zion! Tim and Jenn were fantastic hosts- super responsive, helpful, willing to give us personal help, and thought of all the little details to make staying at their cabin so easy and wonderful. The house was just right for our family of 8. The loft was perfect for my kids- probably the only loft in a vacation house that actually had a door, so Littles could go to bed while older kids stayed up downstairs. The only drawback we had was the unpaved road, and of course that’s no fault of the hosts or the cabin. It rained on our last night, and it was a nerve wracking mud ride on the way out! Definitely recommend having 4WD!! There is a trailhead 1/4 of a mile from the cabin- we literally hiked into Zion from the house one day. About a 45 min drive to Springdale/south entrance, but it’s a beautiful drive through the park from the east entrance, so it’s not like you’re not experiencing Zion on your way there. If we ever make it back to Zion (and I would love to!) we will *definitely* be staying here again!

Superb.....Everything!

Wow, this amazing property had everything I could have possibly wanted. Great location (the quieter side of Zion), great accommodations and exceptional hosts. I have given this real thought as I travel often and rent a lot of vacation homes and I can honestly say Tim and Jenn are the best hosts I have ever encountered. The communication was excellent from the beginning of my booking. From directions to activities and the cabin itself I was supplied with every detail leaving nothing to chance enhancing my stay to the fullest. So much thought goes into what these wonderful hosts provide; welcome goodies on the counter and the most amazing coffee bar are just a few of the perks (kitchen is LOADED)! Jenn and Tim are the kindest and most thoughtful people. They felt like family friends! I don't review much; only if I feel something is absolutely excellent or poor and that is rare, so this rare review from me is written with a great deal of regard.

A week at Zion and Bryce Canyon

Had a great stay, using this as our home base for the week. The house is very well appointed and clean. It’s in a remote location, so the stocked dishes, cookware, spices, coffee, ziplock bags, etc were really appreciated given it’s about 45 min to the nearest grocery. The house itself was very nice. While not the closest location if your goal is daily parking at the visitor’s center, it’s a beautiful drive through the east entrance, which never got old for us. Super quiet at the house, just mind the weather depending on when you go, as a sedan or minivan might not cut it in some conditions. In our case, we drove a minivan in the spring and it was completely fine. Watch out for deer on the drive in/out! They’re everywhere! Great communication with the host, everything was very easy and no hiccups whatsoever. Would stay again!

Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is a short drive to Zion's Observation Point trail, which is a 7 mile hike to some of the most breathtaking views overlooking the canyon. It's a 45 minute drive to the visitor center and the views driving there are just as amazing. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jenn were gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong booking this!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Clean private cabin

Stayed here in April with my husband and four kids. Enjoyed the privacy. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had prompt and good communication with the owners. My only note about the location is that you do need to drive 15-20 min off the main road & due to winding around, the kids got a bit carsick. Adding that to the East entrance traffic and tunnel traffic—just make sure and give yourself plenty of time to get into Zion valley. My husband took advantage of being so close to the East Mesa Trailhead to hike Observation Point. A great option because the trail is currently closed from the valley floor, and your elevation gain is cut way down. Definitely recommend, especially for people who have already stayed in Springdale and are looking for a slightly different experience!

Amazing spot!

This was a perfect getaway. Tim and Jenn are wonderfully helpful and attentive. They gave us some great advice. The cabin itself is fantastic. Very comfortable and has all you need. The area is beautiful of course and the cabin is not surrounded by many other homes, so you have privacy. Overall, can't recommend this enough. It was a great place.

Peaceful Cabin Retreat - A Perfect Base for Zion and Bryce Canyon Explorations

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, offering us valuable tips and recommendations for our visit to the area. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the cabin not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking, bed linens and towels were provided as well as basic toiletries and cleaning supplies and it was very convenient having washer and dryer on site. One of the highlights of this cabin is undoubtedly its location. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful area, it served as the perfect retreat after a day of adventure and exploration in Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The tranquility of the cabin provided a stark contrast to the busyness of our daily lives, allowing us to truly unwind and immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature. In addition to the cabin’s many comforts and conveniences, the hospitality of our hosts truly made our stay memorable. Their eagerness to ensure our visit was enjoyable, combined with their knowledge of the area, added a personal touch that set this experience apart from other rentals we've encountered. For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst some of the most beautiful landscapes Utah has to offer, I cannot recommend this cabin enough!

Quiet and remote, easy access to eastern trailheads

We stayed over Easter week for a few days in Zion. Its location places it near two eastern Zion trailheads which can give you views of the East rim- with almost no people. We walked these from the cabin for some long hikes. Those not wanting to hike relaxed with movies, board games and books, just relaxed. The cabin is clean, cooking supplies great, and would definitely rent again.

Quiet spot under the stars

nicely updated and well stocked property in a quiet spot. Kitchen and the rest of the house are stocked way better than most properties. At night one can see stars clearly. There is entrance to the trail just down the street from the property that leads to spectacular (although potentially scary for some) hike to observation point that rivals any hike in the park and is much better than the easy trail 2 miles from the cabin. At this time this is the only way to hike East Rim Trail because trail portion that could take one down (or vice versa) to the main road to the park is closed, normally one could just hike to the park shuttle.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay and this property made us feel right at home. Location was great and was central to all the different parks we visited. After a long day of hiking we were able to come back and enjoy the pool on the property for a small fee. It was a great way to end each day. If we are ever back in the area we would choose to say here again. In the words of my son 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim and Jenn’s cabin. The cabin is on the eastern side of Zion National Park. Driving through the park, if coming from the west (e.g. Las Vegas), was a treat. Mount Carmel highway has beautiful views and pull off points to capture the views. You feel part of nature when at the cabin. It’s very peaceful. We hiked part of Stave Springs trail which is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is wonderful. Tim and Jenn put a lot of effort to have the cabin comfortable and relaxing for their guests. The whole cabin sound system was hit with the family. Our family even enjoyed simply watching hummingbirds feeding off the feeder. Finally, Tim and Jenn are fabulous hosts. We really appreciated all the information provided to enjoy their cabin and Zion. It made the trip that much easier. Thanks again.
