"Incredible experience!
We stayed at mount high after three nights in the bush - and it was wonderful. Will be back for sure- pure relaxation in a wonderful atmosphere. Attention: SUV advisable, because the gravel road on the way is quite challenging."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mount High! The house is truly amazing. We specifically loved the architecture, but also the surroundings and the garden are fantastic. Having a breakfast with nyala's drinking out of the pool only 10m away, what a great experience. Finally, Henrihet welcomed us with great hospitality. Definitely a stay for us. "

"We've booked a room that was supposed to fit 4 person (that was how it was marked on hotels.com). When we arrived we learned that the room is actually a 2 person room and we had to pay for another room (we bargained for a half price for a second one). The "original" room was nice and clean (although not very new) but the second one had some mold in it and was in need for a renovation.
Other than that the staff was nice and we had a good sleep for a one night."

My husband tried unsuccessfully to land some fair sized trout. Cottage very comfortable with fireplace and heaters. Had Sabie trout in the restuarant which was excellent. Perfect base for visiting all the local sites and hikes. Will go back again. Staff discreet and efficient. Sadly, my offer to buy life rights to the cottage as a retirement home was rejected. Ah well…."
